1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bloxova ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bloxova is a SaaS platform that allows users to create interactive embeddable widgets (calculators, quizzes, comparison tables, and checklists) and embed them on external websites via a JavaScript snippet.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

• Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service, except where required by law.
• Plan changes: Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT or taxes, which will be added where required.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to create widgets that deceive, defraud, or mislead end users
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in an automated manner without permission
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Bloxova. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the widget configurations and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and serve that content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Embedded Widgets

When you embed a widget on an external website, the widget JavaScript is served from our infrastructure. You understand that:

• Widgets on free plans display a "Powered by Bloxova" watermark.
• We may update the widget rendering code at any time to fix bugs or improve functionality.
• If your account is suspended or deleted, embedded widgets will stop rendering on external sites.
• We track anonymous usage events (views, interactions) for analytics purposes. No personally identifiable information is collected from widget end users unless you enable the email capture feature.

8. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your account data and widgets are permanently removed from our systems.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloxova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
